Our candles are made with a soft soy based wax that has a melt point of 130 degrees. Products may soften if exposed to high temperatures during shipment. If your product is soft when you receive it, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden it back up prior to use.

Candles burn best when the wick is kept centered and trimmed to ¼” or less. If a large melt pool develops, the wick may occasionally lean over. If this happens, simply blow out the candle, re-center the wick, and allow cooling. The candle will then be as good as new!

Occasionally soy wax frosts in cold weather. Frost is a white crystalline structure that forms where the wax meats the glass container. If you see this happening rest assured that it will not affect the burning of your candle or the incredible scent.

For best results, burn the wick candle for a minimum of 2 hours at a time so the wax can reach the sides of the container optimizing burn time. When it's done burning you can clean the jar and re-use it.

*Please be safe and never leave burning candles unattended. The glass container may become hot while the candle is burning. Take appropriate precautions to prevent damage to the surface that the candle is sitting on.
