Lead Attorney representing plaintiff in +$850,000 judgment against a regionally recognized and leading funeral and embalming service.

 

Obtained a dismissal with prejudice following a motion for summary judgment on a wage and hour matter, where Plaintiffs claimed damages in excess of $4.2 millions dollars.

 

Plaintiff's counsel in employment discrimination matter against largest casino in Midwest region, resulting in settlement of over $100,000.00.

 

Plaintiff's counsel in ation alleging fraud, misrepresentation, and unfair business practices against internet marketing firm based in Kansas City, Missouri and Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

Plaintiff's counsel representing University professor against regionally recognized University for breach of contract.

Monitored financial regulatory developments, and advised senior management on compliance and matters affecting member-institutions in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

Counsel for matters affecting data privacy, technology, and licensing issues across Reserve Bank operations. Contributed to system-wide guidance on issues of GDPR, COPPA, CCPA and Artificial Intelligence.
